Just a quick thanks for being here…

It’s been a whirlwind since moving to Cardiff.

A big shift in life and business, getting settled and making new connections over here.

Back in November I asked Rach to marry me - which went well (although I almost bottled it)

I also removed the safety blanket of having work in the gym back in Braunton to focus solely on the Modern Man. I’d be lying if I said it was easy.

It was a risk - I was comfortable in almost every area of life.

A little like anything worthwhile, it’s those calculated risks that create energy for action.

Anyway, the sole purpose of this email is to appreciate you for being here.

I’m going to be posting more valuable content for you.
