Why you’re not where you want to be…
And why it’s not your fault.
If you’re feeling like you’re in a shit situation.
Unhappy with your circumstance..
Body shape, health, performance, career, relationship.
It’s your fault. It also isn’t…
I think ambivalently on this because yes we have to take full responsibility for where we are.
When at the same time what got us here could be the result of the world we’re brought into.
The thoughts and beliefs instilled into our subconscious at a young age.
An example of mine…
“Money doesn’t grow on trees”
“We’re not made of money”
“We can’t afford that”
Led to an unconscious belief that having a lot of money was unattainable.
So whenever the bank balance started to look good…
My actions and behaviours would lead me to drop back down to the belief set point.

I’m still working on this…
But in that scenario my actions and behaviours are my fault and my responsibility.
No one bought the courses, coaching and made poor partnership deals other than myself.
And at the same time it wasn’t my fault the limiting belief was there in the first place.
So my point in this email is to iterate to you.
Cut yourself some slack.
Whilst at the same time.
Get to fucking work on what you want..
Because no one can take action for you.
